HIGH PRECISION GROOVED INSERTS
This innovative system has been specially developed for industrial panel sanding and offers decisive advantages over conventional systems:

These inserts are made of a very heat-resistant plastic with special laminated filler materials. They are much lighter than conventional inserts, which makes them easier to handle. In addition, the bottom grooved produces a cooling effect that reduces and dissipates the temperature generated by friction on the workpiece. Unlike conventional inserts manufactured with MDF and thanks to its synthetic base, they do not suffer variations in their size caused by changes in temperature and humidity, which always guarantees a perfect fit in the aluminium beam, eliminating vibrations and the differences in measurements that occur with the conventional wooden inserts.
Available in four different hardnesses (extra hard, hard, semi-hard and soft), it adapts to all systems. Length up to 3500 mm.

LAMELLA BELTS
Our LAMELLA belts are made of the highest quality with a highly tear resistant backing and splice, and serve as a backing for the sanding belts.
CROSS LAMELLA BELTS
Available with felt, graphite or a combination of both, in different thicknesses and hardnesses and in angular or strip form.
Dimensions: width up to 280 mm. – length up to 10.000 mm.
LONGITUDINAL LAMELLA BELTS
Available with felt, graphite or a combination of both, in different thicknesses and hardnesses and in angular or strip form.

SANDING PADS
Our sanding pads are made from the highest quality materials, and serve as the basis for both cross and length sanding on wide belt sanders.
- Depending on the application they can be produced with felt and / or foam
- The keder strips are covered with a plastic lubricant
- Available with different types of graphite
- All fillers are sanded exactly: +/- 0.05 mm – guaranteeing maximum precision in sanding-
- Possibility of supply in self-adhesive version on request.
- Hard packaging to ensure quality remains intact during transportation.
GRAPHITE CLOTH AND FELT / CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
On demand we can supply different types of graphite and felts of the highest quality in different formats and sizes, with the possibility of adhering a self-adhesive base, always adapting to the needs of our customers.
In most cases, it is possible that several types of sanding machines that are no longer being built, to produce pressure pieces according to drawings or samples. In some cases, it is also recommended that new machines replace inserts or pressure parts of unfavourable design with our special version.
